How long does my order take to process?
We usually process our orders the same business day or the next business day, depending on the time the payment was received.

Delivery time usually take 1 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S.

What is your Return Policy?
We reserve the right to NOT accept returns on certain items that we sell (ex. Video Game Systems, Laptops, Electronic items, etc). If you would like to know more about this items, please contact us at (937) 626-1098.
We usually accept returns up to 3 Days from the date the item was delivered to you. Buyer will need to contact us first at (937) 626-1098, before returning the item. Buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
For non defective units, where the shipping box was opened, we charge a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price.

What is your Shipping / Delivery Policy ?
We usually ship orders via Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery for orders above 3 lbs. We include a Direct Signature Requirement (buyer will need to be present at the shipping address to sign for the package) for purchases over $ 150.
Orders below and up to 3 lbs. usually ship USPS First Class Mail, Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.

We do not ship to a PO BOX / APO / FPO / PMB / International / Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
