How Long Does It Take To Process My Order?
We usually process our orders the same business day or the next business day, depending on the time the payment was received.

Delivery times usually take 1 to 7 business days from when the order was placed.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We reserve the right to NOT accept returns on certain items that we sell (ex. Hatchimals, Video Game Systems, Video Game Software, Laptops, Electronic items, etc). If you would like to know more about these items, please contact us at (937)626-1098. For returns, please call us at (937)626-1098 to obtain our return shipping address and a return shipping authorization number. Unopened packages in their UNOPENED SHIPPING BOXES can be returned to us within 7 days after the items are delivered. A 15% restocking fee will be charged plus the shipping cost that you have paid. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returning the item to us; please make sure to obtain a tracking number and insure your package since you are responsible for the package till it reaches us. Buyers who receive packages that are defective, damaged or not received as described, must call us at (937)626-1098 within 7 days of delivery date to receive either a full refund or a replacement of the product. Used or opened items that are not defective will not be accepted for return. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.

What Is Your Shipping / Delivery Policy ?
We usually ship orders via USPS and Fed Ex. We include a Direct Signature Requirement via Fed Ex (buyer will need to be present at the shipping address to sign for the package) for purchases priced over $ 200 before shipping. If you would like to request a waiver of the signature requirement, please call us at (937)626-1098 after placing your order. Generally, you should receive your order within 7 business days from when you have placed it. If you have not received your order by then, please call us at (937)626-1098.

Any Shipping Limitations?
We do not ship to a PO BOX / APO / FPO / PMB / International / Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Orders with a shipping address of any of the above destinations might be subject to cancellation.

I have the items in my cart but am getting an error message when I try to checkout. What should I do?
Type in the following website in your web address bar: "www.hottoyseller.ecrater.com" Click on "View Cart" to see if your items are in your Checkout Cart. If your items are in the Checkout Cart proceed with checking out. If your items are not in your cart, select the items you wish to purchase again and then proceed with checking out. If this does not fix the error, please call us at (937)626-1098 for checkout assistance.
